DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The goods purchased is delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering online. Any specific requirements should be proposed by the customer TECHNOLOGY Srl .
TECHNOLOGY Srl guarantees the delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the 'transaction occurred.
In the case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a card and try again a second time, if the recipient proves still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (TECHNOLOGY Srl).
WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY 'AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

TECHNOLOGY Srl is liable to the customer for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

RIGHT
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from any contract conTECHNOLOGY Srl , without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) ten working days from the receipt of the goods.
This right is recognized in the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site www.technologyitaliana.com.
METHOD 'FOR THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ERSERCIZIO
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within that period, a written communication to the TECHNOLOGY Srl by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The withdrawal notice may be sent, within the same term, by telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

If goods have been delivered, the customer is obliged to return to TECHNOLOGY Srl within the period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The good should be returned TECHNOLOGY Srl complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that was originally delivered to the customer, as well as packed in its original wrapping. The returned product must be united to a copy of the electronic receipt of order. The costs of returning the goods to TECHNOLOGY Srl shall be borne by the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions of this clause, TECHNOLOGY Srl is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, TECHNOLOGY Srl will free the transmission of the re-credit on the cost of the goods delivered inclusive of shipping within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer. This operation is performed by the bank issuing the credit card used for the payment or crediting the amount to the bank account specified by the customer.
TECHNOLOGY S.r.l. has the right to reject any returned product in ways other than those specified above, as well as products for which have not been fully paid by the customer the cost of returning, or have not been complied with the procedures and time specified for the communication of 'exercise of the right of withdrawal.
TERMINATION CLAUSE
In the event of non-payment of all or part of the purchase price of the property TECHNOLOGY Srl reserves the right to declare pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code solved this Agreement by sending written notice to the email client.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by Purchaser under this warranty or any other legal guarantees will be the Court of Genoa. In case of victory of TECHNOLOGY Srl in an action, the plaintiff must reimburse TECHNOLOGY Srl expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs supported by TECHNOLOGY Srl for his defense.
POSTPONEMENT
Although not expressly provided in this Agreement, the rules of Italian law in force.
